Om Malik has noted that Chrome usage has dropped back somewhat now that the initial excitement has died down. Google has removed the "download" link from its homepage - maybe Google is scaling back promotion for now. Looking at Vitamin's stats, Chrome is still hovering around 4%, which is pretty impressive. Opera, for example, only has 2.5%.
