Not at one single point he explains or gives answer to HOW to take it to next level other than the usual...talk to people, network, be persistent, set goals...the obvious steps in accomplishing any task. I would curious to know how much experience or knowledge did he have about the actual problem which is Finances. Knowing how to interview people or knowing the technology or even that problem exists is one thing but knowing how finances and loans etc. actually work is a whole another field and how much did he knew about that? I have to say it is still scary to submit your VERY private and sensitive info to 'some free website' without wondering 'what is in it for them?' Can you say Data-mining? No thanks.
