Hey there!
It’s late Monday night, Firefox has crashed a few too many times while I’m writing this post! It’s Monday, so links are dedicated to all things design, and it’s getting good out there with HTML 5 goodies and CS5 smackdowns:
- HTML 5, how sweet it is, a great post on input types (via 456bereastreet.com)
- A really fun example of horizontal design & scrolling (via thinkingforaliving.com)
- Phil Gyford’s critique of the number and quality of infographics saturating the web, “far too many infographics decorate and don’t communicate” (agree or disagree?) via @kottke
- The Center for Jewish History joins Flickr Commons (via indiecommons)
- Even if you love to hate Adobe products, CS5 does not disappoint, it’s pretty fantastic actually (VIDEO via WebWorkerDaily)
Wildcard: Ohhhhh! I love Tumblr (it’s true!), and they have a great t-shirt contest going on :)
We’re all in SF for the week for Chirp, so expect some Twitter-related scoops and fun news!
