I see somebody already spoiled all the fun by tracking down the website, but my guess was going to be a scheduler that sends SMS and email notifications at specific times. Or a 2d pixel-art-ish virtual world game, which I think would be cool. :-)

Beautiful graphics and awesome attention to detail. Can’t say I’ve seen too many water sampling plants in my time, but that looks to be an exceptionally good looking one.

One thing – not sure about the commas after the timespan in the annotation bubbles?

It looks like a planner/calender or something for a person who owns, and/or rents out several properties. Like a maintenance scheduler of some sorts.
