This new technology is going to revolutionise the way that web apps are built, let's hope that the browser makers can get a consistent implementation going in the next year or so. There is still the issue of consistency between browsers at the moment (Firefox supports .ogg video, whereas Safari prefers the MP4 format for the tag) which is stopping everyone from using this technology, but as soon as these issues are ironed out we'll start to see mass adoption of this technology.
